1.Moringa Oleifera (Malunggay)
Moringa Oleifera is planted throughout the Philippines in settled areas at low and medium altitudes.

3. Corchorus Olitorius (Saluyot)
Corchorus Olitorius is ever-present in clearings, farms and waste places in the Philippines.
Reported to be demulcent, deobstruent, diuretic, lactagogue, purgative and tonic, it may also be a remedy for aches and pains, dysentery, enteritis, fever and pectoral pains.
Corchorus also known as Jute leaves in Bangladeshi are being used as vegetables in Africa, Middle East, Southeast Africa. Japan has been importing dry jute leaf from Africa and they are using it as a substitute for coffee and tea, health-food and anti-stress. 4. Amaranthus Spinosus (Uray)
Amaranthus spinosus is found throughout the Philippines at lowlands and low altitudes.

The amaranthus (also called pigweeds) comprise the genus amaranthus, a widely distributed genus of short-lived herbs. Occurring mostly in temperate and tropical regions. Amaranth greens, also called Chinese spinach, hinn choy or yin tsoi. Chinese had been using this herb for centuries as remedy for profuse menstruation.
